Hi friends! I immediately fell in love with the character Forky from Toy Story 4 and knew I wanted to make a costume for Paisley. With Halloween creepin around the corner, I thought I'd share with you how I made the costume!

Supplies you'll need:

  • Giant Chenille Pipe Cleaner in Red
  • Blue Foam sheet
  • White Foam sheet
  • Wiggly Eyes in 2 different sizes
  • Hot glue gun
  • White fabric (I used an old pillow cover)
  • Scissors
  • White onesie, t-shirt, or dress

Step 1:

I cut out the shape of a spork out of the White Foam sheet. Then I traced it on 2 layers of the White Fabric making sure to leave a little extra room to sew. Then I sewed the fabric and stuck the foam sheet inside to make it somewhat sturdy.

Cut the tops so when you flip it inside out, the points aren't bunched. *Sorry for these low qual images. lol! I made this costume at night in my kitchen.

Step 2:

Cut out a mouth with the Blue Foam Sheet. Cut a piece of the Red Chenille Pipe Cleaner for the eyebrows. Grab your Wiggly Eyes and hot glue it all on.

Step 3:

Hot glue or sew on (better reinforcement) the Forky face onto any White Onesie, T-shirt, or Dress.

Step 4:

Shape the rest of the Red Chenille into Forky's arms with the 3 loops as fingers. This will later be just wrapped around the body of your little one.
